It can be helpful to share your experience and receive guidance and tools, in a field of Presence, to come to a deeper understanding of yourself and life.
In each session there is room to share what seems to block you from feeling free, content, joyous and peaceful.
With the help of Meditation, Breathwork, Embodied- and Self Inquiry, I will guide you in focussing the attention away from a limited, mostly anxious personal state of mind, into your Natural state of Openness and Peace.
This allows you to clear blockages, let go of patterns and find a whole new way of Being. Being in relationship with yourself and life.
