Twice a Month Breathwork in the Grand Yurt of Sekoya Center, Schoorl 

This quite extrordinary and turbulent time calls for togetherness, awareness, love, and clarity.
Becoming aware of our body and what it is telling us, becoming aware of our breathing, and waking up from our limiting thoughts and recognizing our clear and peaceful essence.

We start the evening with body-oriented meditation. Are we in touch with our body and the deeper knowingness and wisdom that resides inside? Can we give space to everything that's alive in us - including the fears and insecurities - so that we can leave the resistance behind and get more in flow with ourselves and life?

After that we will take a deep inner journey using the circular breathing technique. Connected breathing or circular breathing is a powerful method that takes us out of our minds and into our bodies. For about 45 minutes we will breathe in a connected way, which provides more energy and gives a boost for the immune system. Old unprocessed emotions and unintegrated experiences will come to the surface through the high vibration of prana during circular breathing and can dissolve permanently when we allow that process to take place. In addition, we will realize who or what we are without all the tensions, beliefs and limiting stories. Our essence Here & Now that we can experience as a deeply fullfilled Emptiness or Space in which everything is allowed to be. Really coming home to our inmost Heart.

We close the evening with room to share with or without words, to connect with eachother, if there is a wish for that.
We recommend to eat lightly beforehand and wear comfortable clothes (without a belt). Furthermore, everything is available in the beautiful yurt of Sekoya; mats, blankets, tea and a little snack.
Contra indications:

The Breathwork Circle is not recommended if you have (had) epilepsy or a history of psychosis; a 1 on 1 breathing session is more appropriate in this case than a group session. If you are pregnant, or you have high blood pressure or high eye pressure, inform Rolandjan about this before the start of the breathing circle. These are not contraindications but we will give you other instructions so that it suits your circumstances.
