My name is Rolandjan van Mulligen. For over 15 years I have been exploring various yoga and meditation forms in-depth. I have practiced Yin yoga, Vipassana, and the art of 'just Being', while also studying and applying several therapeutic systems like Focussing and Therapeutic Breathwork.
I was privileged to have met many profound teachers on my way, with whom I am still in touch, and feel innumerable gratitude. Every one of them was able to help me deepen my experiential understanding of true yoga, self-realization, and meditation. Some of my teachers are Mooji, Ferry Maidman (Focussing), Ramana Maharshi, Adyashanti, and Pia.
Nowadays I intend to share tools such as meditation, focussing and breathwork and create a safe space to inspire and move from a life of suffering and confusion to a life of clarity, peace, authenticity, inner authority, and true happiness. To be at service, to live in alignment with my heart's purpose is of utmost importance to me. Through 'my' teachings, I hope to facilitate a space to come to a recognition, a deep Inner Knowing, of what we are and let the stress, emotional unprocessed energies unwind so to embody deeper and deeper what we are.
For many years I have been teaching classes, workshops, meditation, and breathwork programs and retreats at Delight Yoga and De Nieuwe Yoga School in Amsterdam. Right now I also facilitate retreats and offer online classes and workshops.
